Spicy Chicken
Ingredients: chicken breast, dried chili peppers
Practice:
1. chicken breast cut into cubes, add ginger + 1 spoon cooking wine + 1 spoon soy sauce +1 spoon oyster sauce +1 spoon starch + appropriate amount of crushed black pepper, marinate well for at least 30 minutes
2. less oil, hot oil, put the chicken breast fried until browned (a little more frying)
