The second day of the second lunar month, commonly known as the "Qinglong Festival", is said in Zhifu, Yantai. It is said that it is a Thanksgiving day for the common people to rescue Qinglong and return to heaven. On this day, eating fried soybeans is a traditional food for children in Zhifu. Every household takes out large-sized soybeans that have already been selected and fries them in an iron pan, which is called "Fried Liaodou" and is called "Golden Bean Blossoming". As the saying goes: "Look at Qinglong Qinglong, golden beans are blooming in front of you, clouds are sowing rain to keep you safe, and the harvest of grains is sweet."
The method of stir-frying burnt beans is as follows:
1. Soak soybeans in white sugar for one night, then take them out and dry them for later use.
2. Clean the wok, dry it with low fire, add the soybeans, and stir fry with slow fire.
3. Stir-fry until the soybean basically returns to the size before boring soaking.
4. find a well-ventilated cover pad and pour the fried soybean stand to cool thoroughly.
5. Pour it into a container and take it as you eat. Be careful not to seal the container.
