Ingredients
5 white mushrooms, 1/2 onion, half a box of Nestle light cream, butter, water, chicken essence, flour, salt, black pepper, parsley
Practice
1. Wash the white mushrooms, drain and slice them, chop the onion and set aside
2. Take the water, 600ml, add 10g of chicken essence and stir. Melt, made of chicken broth to be used
3. Medium heat heating pot of butter, when the butter melted into the flour stir fry for 1 minute, made of butter fried noodles, (this is the fire should be small, otherwise easy to burnt) take out to be used.
4. Add the remaining butter to the pan, add the chopped onion, sauté the mushrooms for a few minutes, pour in the chicken broth and light cream and cook for about 10 minutes, then add the buttered chow mein noodles and stir well.
5. Season with salt and black pepper to taste. Garnish with fresh parsley.

Ingredients: 100g matzo beans, 900g potatoes, crimini mushrooms/crab mushrooms/mushrooms
Seasoning: Cream, salt and black pepper to taste
Methods
1. Soak the matzo beans in water for 6 hours, then boil them for 20-30 minutes
2. Peel and cut potatoes into pieces, then boil them in water with salt to soften them. Save the water from boiling potatoes)
3. Slice the mushrooms and sauté them in cream
4. Put all the above ingredients in a blender and add salt and black pepper to make a puree
5. Take it out and put it in a pot and add more water (the water used to boil the potatoes/water), stirring constantly until it comes to a boil!
