Applications: ginger, salt, cooking wine, minced green onion, monosodium glutamate, pepper
Practice:
1. Angus fish to remove the viscera, gills, cleaned and spare; tofu cut into small pieces; ginger slices.
2. Start a frying pan, when the oil temperature is 80% hot, add the fish, fry both sides slightly.
3. Add water to the pot, add tofu cubes, ginger slices, salt and cooking wine, bring to a boil over high heat, cover and cook for 10 minutes over medium heat.
4. Add monosodium glutamate (MSG), pepper and chopped green onion, and remove from the pot.
Another version of the practice:
1, the fish killed, cleaned;
2, tofu cut blocks;
3, green onions and ginger cut up;
4, the pot of water boiled to 70 degrees or so, after the fish into the pot;
5, pour a little salad oil, yellow wine, ginger;
6, cook for about ten minutes, put a little salt
7. Cook for two minutes, then sprinkle with chopped green onion.
