Chrysanthemum chrysanthemum can be eaten raw and made into cold dishes. It is very delicious when mixed with some vinegar and sesame seeds.
Ingredients: one pound of chrysanthemum, five cloves of garlic, light soy sauce, Salt, sugar, chicken essence, sesame oil, and appropriate amount of balsamic vinegar
1. Wash the chrysanthemum, cut into one-inch-long sections and put them in a container.
2. Chop the garlic and pepper into sections and put them in a container.
3. Heat the oil and pour it into a small bowl. Add a spoonful of light soy sauce, an appropriate amount of salt, a spoonful of sugar, a little chicken essence and sesame oil and mix well.
