2. Accepting a manufacturing enterprise with a trademark registration certificate, that is, the enterprise is the registrant of the trademark.
3. Suppliers shall meet the following qualification requirements:
(1) A manufacturing enterprise must have the production site, production equipment, production personnel and product testing capabilities required for the production of products.
(2) Manufacturing enterprises produce products that meet the requirements of purchasers. The supply quantity of this product meets the requirements of the purchaser.
(3) Obtain a valid license as stipulated by national laws, regulations, departmental rules and standards.
(4) It has a good business reputation, a sound financial accounting system and the necessary financial ability to perform the contract, and accepts a three-month accounting period.
(5) Abide by the relevant laws, regulations and policies of the state, and have not been listed as a serious illegal and untrustworthy enterprise by the market supervision department in the past three years, and have not been listed as an executor of dishonesty by the people's court. There is no bribery behavior recognized by the judicial authorities in this enterprise or its legal representative.
(6) The supplier shall promise that the commodity price shall not be higher than that of the official flagship store (self-operated store) and official sales website of the mainstream e-commerce platform in the same period ("6 18", except for the preferential price reduction of "double 1 1" promotional activities), the wholesale price of the same period and the supply price of contracts signed with various railway bureau groups.
Suppliers who have no official flagship store (self-operated store) or official sales website of mainstream e-commerce platform promise that the commodity price is not higher than the wholesale price of the same period and the same period, and is not higher than the supply price signed with various railway bureau group companies.
(7) Have the ability to provide services for the whole railway.
(8) Provide buyer's rights and interests protection services such as 7-day unreasonable return and 15-day unreasonable exchange.
Legal basis: Article 6 of the Company Law of the People's Republic of China establishes a company, which shall apply to the company registration authority for establishment registration according to law.
