Ingredients:
2 hot dog buns, 2 hot dog sausages, 1 onion,
Cheese sauce ingredients: 20g of butter, 30g of medium gluten flour, 100g of grated cheddar cheese, 500ml of milk, salt and pepper in moderation
Methods:
1. Slice the onion
2. Heat a pan on a medium heat, add a little oil and saute the onion. Onion, stirring every 5 minutes, cook until onion is caramelized, serve
3. Prepare a skillet, crisp the hot dog buns slightly, serve
4. Heat the same skillet over medium-low heat, add the hot dog sausage and sauté until crispy on the outside
5. In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter, add the gluten-free flour and mix well to form a batter
7. Slowly add the milk and whisk until smooth, bring to a boil, then lower the heat and cook for 10 minutes
8. Add the cheddar cheese and mix well until the cheese is melted
9. Season with salt and pepper to taste
10. Drizzle the cheese over the hotdogs and top with the caramelized onion
