Ingredients
1 potato, 1 egg, 2 cheese slices, appropriate amount of pepper, appropriate amount of salt
Method
1 , dice bacon.
2. Wash, peel and cut the potatoes into pieces, steam them in a steamer for about 10 minutes, and press them into puree while they are still hot.
3. Add the cheese slices while they are still warm and stir.
4. Beat in eggs, add diced bacon and mix into batter.
5. Then add appropriate amount of salt and pepper to taste.
6. Brush the pan with a thin layer of oil, scoop a spoonful of batter into the pan and spread evenly.
7. Fry slowly over low heat until it takes shape.
8. Then carefully flip it over and fry until the other side is golden brown.
