4: Put the mashed rice noodles into the marinated ribs and mix well, then put them neatly on a plate, steam for one hour, sprinkle with chopped green onion and steam the ribs with powder. Full of color, smell and taste.

Steamed pork ribs with powder is a common dish on our table. Meat or vegetables are wrapped in fragrant rice noodles, steamed, soft and waxy, delicious, fat but not greasy. Steamed pork rice noodles generally fry rice, soybeans and peppers and grind them into powder, but it is more troublesome. The supermarket sells ready-made steamed pork rice noodles. Ingredients: ribs 250g, potatoes 100g, rice flour (corn flour) 100g.

Seasoning: 2 tablespoons of cooking wine, 4 tablespoons of bean paste, 2 tablespoons of sweet noodle sauce, 1 tablespoon of sugar, appropriate amount of onion and ginger, a little sesame oil and 2 tablespoons of soy sauce.

Exercise:

First chop the ribs into 3cm segments, wash them and marinate them with cooking wine; Peel potatoes and cut them into pieces of about 3cm, soak them in cold water and take them out when using.

Second, wash the onion, cut into powder, peel the ginger, wash and cut into powder.

Third, put the rice noodles in the pot and fry them until they are slightly yellow. When they become fragrant, put them in a plate for later use. (Please buy steamed pork rice noodles in the supermarket. )

Fourthly, fully mix soy sauce, bean paste, sweet noodle sauce, sugar, onion, Jiang Mo, sesame oil, cooking wine and a little water, then add rice flour and mix well.

5. Mix the ribs and rice flour paste in a large bowl, then mix the potatoes and rice flour paste on the ribs, evenly pour the remaining rice flour paste into the meat bowl, smooth it, put the meat bowl in a steamer and steam it for one hour with high fire until the meat is rotten, and sprinkle with chopped green onion.
