Chives (appropriate amount), eggs (appropriate amount), meat (appropriate amount), oil (appropriate amount), salt (appropriate amount), soy sauce (appropriate amount), ginger (appropriate amount).
Methods:
Put the meat mixture in a large bowl, add and appropriate amount of salt, soy sauce and ginger, and set aside to taste.
