8 chicken wings, 20g white sugar, 0/0g rock sugar/kloc-,3 green onions, 2g star anise, 3 slices of ginger, appropriate amount of spiced powder and appropriate amount of rice wine.
method of work
1. Boil a pot of boiling water and blanch the chicken wings to remove impurities for later use.
