Production methods
It is divided into four methods.
Method 1
Method:
1. Apply a thin layer of oil on the bottom of the clay pot and wash the rice. The ratio of rice to water: 1:1.5 (This ratio is very important, as it affects the degree of cookedness of the rice! If it is too mushy, it will not taste good, and if it is mixed with uncooked rice, it will be inedible at all.) Put the rice and water into a clay pot and bring to a boil over high heat.
2. In less than ten minutes, the rice began to become watery. You can see holes on the surface of the rice. At this time, quickly put the meat and ginger shreds in. Be quick.
3. After the meat is put, add shredded ginger and beat an egg. Cover, reduce heat to lowest, and cook for another three to four minutes. Turn off the heat and let the claypot rice bake for fifteen minutes. Don't open the lid again to look at it. This is the most critical time for clay pot rice. If the baking time is not enough, the rice will be raw and it is difficult to restore it.
4. After waiting patiently for fifteen minutes, the fragrant claypot rice will be ready.
Method 2
Ingredients: 500 grams of ribs, 300 grams of rice, 3 mushrooms, 3 rapeseeds, refined salt, salad oil, shredded green onions, sugar, ginger, chicken essence, dark soy sauce .
Method:
1. Marinate the ribs with oyster sauce, light soy sauce, water starch, sugar, garlic sesame oil, a little dark soy sauce, a little salt, and a little MSG for 1 hour, which is of course a long time. The order is better;
2. Put in the washed rice, add an appropriate amount of water, select the type of rice, wait for about 10 minutes, exhaust and open the lid;
3. Put the marinated ribs and mushrooms into the electric pressure cooker, add a little oil with a spoon, lightly drizzle it around the edge of the pot, select the ribs button, wait for about 15 minutes, vent the gas and open the lid;
4. Put the rapeseed into boiling water, blanch it, and add it to the cooked pork ribs rice before eating.
Method 3
Ingredients: white rice, vegetables, beef, eggs
Method:
1. Wash the beef, slice it and add ginger Add shredded scallions, refined salt, chicken essence, sugar, soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, meat tenderizer, and cornstarch, then mix well and marinate and set aside.
2. Put the soaked rice into the pot, add water according to the amount and put it on the stove to heat directly.
3. When there is big bubbles in the pot, use chopsticks to stir properly. When the water is almost dry, pour a little oil along the edge of the pot, turn it properly, and form a layer of rice cakes in the pot.
4. Add the pre-marinated beef, drizzle with a little oyster sauce (optional), turn to low heat, break the eggs and spread on the beef noodles, and cover the pot.
5. Cook the vegetables in a separate casserole. When the beef is cooked, turn off the heat. Remember not to open the lid and continue baking for ten minutes.
6. When the baking time is enough, add the green vegetables to make the egg and beef stew.
