1. Pour tap water into a pot, and put one third of the flour into the water;
2. Boil on a small fire, gently stir in one direction with chopsticks while cooking, and you can see that the concentration of flour soup is getting stronger and stronger;
3. Continue to boil, and you can see some small bubbles coming out of the flour soup. Pick them up with chopsticks and you can see the pulled silk.
4. Continue to cook until the batter is sticky together, and even if it is stirred in the same direction, it becomes laborious, and the paste is made.
