Omurice is a common and popular staple in Japan, a rice dish consisting of fried rice wrapped in an egg shell. It is usually made by pouring beaten egg into a pan and frying it into a thick and thin egg skin, then wrapping it with fried rice, Korean chili sauce, ketchup, salad oil, and various other ingredients. Many restaurants serve it with ketchup on top. Omlet rice is a popular dish in Korea, Japan and Taiwan, and is not only a family dish, but is also served in restaurants and even sold in specialty stores. Preparation
Ingredients: 1 egg, 6 taels of fried rice

Seasoning: 1/4 tsp cornstarch, salt, 2 tsp ketchup
Steps for preparation
1: Beat the egg, add cornstarch and salt, and mix well.
