Ingredients that need to be prepared in advance include: 950 grams of pig trotters, 210 grams of lotus root, a little salt, a little vinegar, a little chicken essence, a little green onion, a little ginger, a little star anise, a little cinnamon, a little cooking wine, carrots a little.
1. In the first step, cut the prepared pig's feet into large pieces with a kitchen knife and wash them with clean water, as shown in the picture below.
2. Then peel the prepared lotus root, wash it, and cut into thick slices with a knife, as shown in the picture below.

7. Put the prepared lotus roots and carrots into the casserole, as shown in the picture below.
8. Use medium heat.
9. Add appropriate amount of salt and cooking wine into the casserole and cook for 3 minutes, as shown in the picture below.
