A good dish for drinking --------- Teriyaki Crescent Bone Crescent Bone is a crescent shaped brittle bone connected to the front sandwich meat and the fan bone, which is connected to the cylinder bone, fan bone, with a thin layer of lean meat on top, the bone is a white brittle bone, which can be used for the whole roasted, stewed soup, chopped up small and then used as a small dish for drinking. Crescent moon bones can be bought in some slightly larger supermarkets, usually cut in portions, and I've seen them in Jingkelong, New World Underground Supermarket, and so on. It's not expensive, but of course the meat is not too much, it's just a crunchy flavor, which makes it perfect as a side dish for drinks, and it has a bit of a tendon-like texture when it's roasted and crispy and chewy.
Ingredients
2 moon bones, 0.5 bag of teriyaki sauce, 1 green onion, 15 ml of cooking wine, 3 grams of sea salt, 3 grams of cumin
How to do it:
1. Wash the moon bones, and then put them into half a bag of teriyaki sauce, add cumin, green onion and cooking wine, and marinate for half an hour;
2. Remember to turn them over half way through, to make sure they are evenly flavored;
3. Then take out the marinated crescent moon bones, drain off the juice a little, put them into the preheated oven at about 180 degrees, and bake them at 150 degrees for 10-15 minutes, taking them out halfway and brushing them with the rest of the marinade until they are curled and ripe, and then serve them with a pinch of finely grated sea salt when they come out of the oven.
