Steps
1. Wash the ingredients.
2. Slice onions and dice bell peppers and set aside. Cut the broccoli into small florets, blanch them in hot water together with the bell peppers, and set aside.
3. Add oil and ginger slices to the pot and sauté until fragrant, add onion and stir-fry until onion is soft.
4. Add bell pepper and broccoli.
5. Add salt and stir well, pour in the gravy made from raw ingredients, light soy sauce, sugar and water, stir-fry and serve.
