What is Anton chicken?
Antonzi Chicken is a traditional dish in Hunan, with a history of 1200 years. This dish is beautiful in appearance and bright in color. The chicken is tender, sour and delicious.

Material: one tender hen (about 800g).

Seasoning: green and red pepper, dried red pepper, pepper, onion, ginger, garlic, cooking wine, vinegar, sugar, chicken essence, oil, starch, sesame oil and Chili oil.

Prepare materials.

Wash the little hen and put it in the pot.

Then put it into a soup pot, add appropriate amount of water, onion and ginger and cook for about 8- 10 minutes until the chicken is 80% cooked.

Take out, cool and cut into pieces, cut green pepper into strips, cut dried red pepper and onion into sections, shred ginger and pat garlic into powder.

Heat oil in a wok, add pepper, onion, ginger and garlic, and stir-fry until fragrant.

Add chicken and stir-fry with a little cooking wine.

Add a little light soy sauce (optional), proper amount of vinegar and sugar and mix well (light soy sauce: vinegar: cooking wine: sugar = 1:2:2:2? Probably).

Pour in a bowl of chicken soup.

Simmer for about 2 minutes, then add some salt and chicken essence to taste.

Add green pepper and onion, stir fry, thicken with water starch, and drizzle with sesame oil and Chili oil.
