250 grams of white glutinous rice
200g red bean paste

1 tbsp brown sugar
Proper amount of soaked zongzi leaves

Method for wrapping jiaozi with black rice bean paste
Take the required amount of black rice and white glutinous rice and soak the black rice and jiaozi with bean paste respectively. Step 1.
This is the first time I have no experience. I suggest soaking separately. Black rice takes longer than white glutinous rice. The second step of making rice dumplings with bean paste
After soaking, stir and add a spoonful of oil and sugar. Step three.
Take the bean paste out of the refrigerator and divide it into equal parts. I am a jiaozi with about 20g of black rice and red bean paste. Step four.
Gently wrap corn starch, black rice and jiaozi with bean paste. Step five
Start wrapping, and put a tablespoon of glutinous rice in the jiaozi with black rice and bean paste. Step 6
Dig a hole in the middle and put the red bean paste balls, so that the red bean paste will not touch the black rice red bean paste dumplings. Step seven.
Add a spoonful of glutinous rice, cover and wrap the dumplings with black rice and bean paste. Step 8
Put it in a pressure cooker, simmer over low heat, then cover the lid and steam for 35-40 minutes. Step nine.
If you can't finish eating it, put it in a fresh-keeping bag and freeze it. Just heat it next time.
