PS: South tofu or North tofu can be used, with good calcium content. The calcium content of inner fat tofu will be much less.
2. After peeling the zucchini, knead it into silk. In my picture, the silk is thick (suitable for big babies), so it's better for little babies to rub it a little before chopping it up.

4. Add 30 grams of egg liquid, 30 grams of starch and a little salt. (Babies under one year old don't add salt. Babies over one year old decide whether to add salt according to their taste. )
5. After the pan is coated with base oil, pour a spoonful of batter and spread it into a small cake.
6. Turn over and fry until golden on both sides.
7. If you are a baby who is allergic to eggs, you can omit the eggs. Just use 50 grams of tofu, 20 grams of cucumber 10 grams of starch.
8. Knead into small balls and flatten them when frying.
PS: Because this formula is dry, it can't be pasty. You need to knead it into a ball first and then squash it.
9. It is best to serve it with staple foods such as rice porridge for your baby.
