When it comes to roasted pork, I can not help but drool, it is not cheap, eat a meal out of the roasted pork, two people will have to spend at least two hundred dollars.
Today I bought a strip of pancetta from the market ($35 a pound), marinated it briefly, and put it in the oven for a charred, flavorful meal. Wrapped in lettuce, the more you eat, the more flavorful, the roasted meat made in the oven, and do not have to worry about being disturbed by the oil smoke, like friends can try Oh!
Ingredients:
Pork, lettuce, cumin, cumin powder, five-spice powder, chili powder, onion and ginger powder, chicken broth, white sesame seeds, green onions, garlic, salt, cooking wine, oyster sauce, honey, lemon.
Methods:
Wash the small green onion, cut into minced green onion; wash the garlic, cut into minced garlic.
Choose skinned pancetta, clean the pork with water and slice it into 2-millimeter-thick slices. (Personally, I think the skinned pancetta will taste better when roasted, if you don't like the skinned one, you can also remove the pork skin.)
Put the cut pork into a large bowl, add a spoonful amount of minced garlic, a bit of onion and ginger powder, a pinch of cumin granules, a bit of cumin powder, a bit of five-spice powder, a bit of paprika, half a tsp of salt, a tsp of oyster sauce, 2 tsp of cooking wine, a little bit of chicken essence, 2 tbsp of honey, and the juice of half a lemon. Do this barbecue, ginger and garlic wine can not be less, the five-flower meat marinade flavor is the key, salt can not put too much, more, it covers the flavor of pork; less, eat and no taste.
Mix the pork well, followed by marinating in a bowl for 10 minutes. (If you have enough time, you can marinate for a little longer.)
Line a baking dish with greaseproof paper, and arrange the marinated pork slices neatly in the baking dish, trying to spread them all out as much as possible, not stacked on top of each other.
Place the baking sheet in the oven and bake at 200 degrees for 10 minutes (the oven does not need to be preheated), remove from the oven when done.
Flip the pancetta over, put it in the oven and continue to bake at 200 degrees for 5 minutes.
Roast the pork until the top is browned and slightly crispy in places. (Personally, I prefer them charred and crispy, you can shorten the roasting time if you don't like it. After the last baking, a lot of oil will come out, save this oil for stir frying the green vegetables, very delicious.)
Take out the roasted pork, sprinkle a little cumin powder, a little white sesame and chopped green onion.
Eat it wrapped in lettuce with a slice of spicy cabbage, very appetizing. (In fact, add a slice of green chili pepper and garlic slices wrapped, will be more delicious oh.)
Tips:
If you have a grill net at home, you can grill the pancetta with a grill net, and it will come out better than a grill pan.
