Prepare ingredients: potatoes, shrimp, five-spice powder, salt, white pepper, flour, breadcrumbs, eggs.
Cut the potatoes into cubes and steam them.
Peel the shrimp and pick off the threads, leaving the tails.
Mash the potatoes, roll them into balls and coat them with egg wash, flour and breadcrumbs in turn.
Pour in the oil, oil hot pan frying. Fry until golden brown.
