Ingredients
Chinese yam
100g
cornmeal
80g
White flour
80g
Sticky rice
50g
milk
180g
ingredients
yeast
2g
fine white sugar
15g
step
1. Wash and peel the yam.
2. Cut into pieces and put them in the cooking machine, then pour in the milk and beat.
3. Beat into milk and yam slurry.
4. Pour all the ingredients.
5. Stir well to form a cake paste.
6. I used a cake mold and painted it with oil to prevent sticking.
7. Pour the batter into the mold, and it will be six or seven minutes full.
8. Grow yeast in a warm place to double.
9. Steam in the pan for 30 minutes and it will be almost cooked.
10. It's very easy to demould. Just push the bottom up, and the taste is good. The main reason is that children eat more nutrition, and sprinkle some sugar particles that babies like, which looks more attractive.
Tips
Don't move the batter, just steam it in the pot, so it will be fluffy.
