There is no clear regulation on which is better, cooking oil standard code Q or GB. The difference between Q and GB in cooking oil is that q refers to enterprise standard and GB refers to national standard. In addition, GB/Q refers to the national mandatory standards, GB/T refers to the national recommended standards, T refers to the recommended meaning, GB/Z refers to the national guiding standards, Z refers to the guiding meaning.
Generally, the threshold of GB and GB/Q is lower because it is mandatory and must comply with the standard. There are many companies with requirements higher than GB.
