1. Cut the tenderloin into pieces with a diameter of 5-7 cm, or you can buy them directly and use them as seasoning.
2. Mix the seasonings together and stir them evenly with chopsticks.
3. Wash and dry the meat, soak it in the sauce and put it in the refrigerator for 24-48 hours.
