Article 1 In order to standardize the college's full-time ordinary undergraduate enrollment work, according to the provisions and requirements of the relevant documents of the Ministry of Education and Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region Enrollment Committee, combined with the actuality of the college, the enrollment statute is formulated.

Article 3 The College of Science and Technology Xinjiang Agricultural University is situated in Xishan University Town, Urumqi (No. 888, Ju'an Road, Xishan New Town, Sha District, Urumqi).

Article 4 The College of Science and Technology of Xinjiang Agricultural University is an independent college organized by Xinjiang Agricultural University, which was approved to be established by the Education Department of the Autonomous Region in July 2002, and was re-approved and confirmed by the Ministry of Education of the People's Republic of China in 2004, and is one of the first 124 independent colleges (of which there are 2 in Xinjiang) confirmed to enroll undergraduates for the whole country. Article 5 The enrollment of the College of Science and Technology of Xinjiang Agricultural University follows the principle of "fair competition, impartial selection, and admission on the basis of merit".

Chapter II Admission Organization

Article 7 The Admission Committee of the College of Science and Technology of Xinjiang Agricultural University shall be the leading organization of the admission work of the college.

Article 8 The Admissions Office of the College of Science and Technology of Xinjiang Agricultural University is the permanent institution of the Admissions Committee of the College of Science and Technology of Xinjiang Agricultural University for organizing and implementing the admissions work, and it is specifically responsible for the day-to-day work of the College's admissions.

Article 9 The College of Science and Technology of Xinjiang Agricultural University establishes an enrollment work supervision group attended by the leadership of the college, disciplinary inspection and supervision, finance and other relevant departments and personnel, which is responsible for the supervision of enrollment work. It also invites teachers' representatives, students' representatives and social personnel to implement third-party supervision of the enrollment work.

Chapter III Enrollment Plan

Article 10 The enrollment plan for 2020 shall be subject to the final decision of the Education Department of the Autonomous Region, and all of them shall be general undergraduate plans, with a four-year course of study (except for the major of Chinese language), and a one-year matriculation for other majors of the folk language category; the students shall have a score of grade 3A or above in the Chinese minority Chinese proficiency level examination conducted after their enrollment, and they shall have passed the comprehensive language courses and passed the examination. Those who pass the examination will be exempted from the matriculation courses upon the approval of the college, and a certificate of matriculation will be issued to them, and they will be directly admitted to the corresponding majors; after the admission of bilingual candidates, the college will conduct a language proficiency test, and those who fail to reach the standard of major study in the test will be subjected to the one-year matriculation study.

Chapter IV Rules of Admission

Article 11 Strictly enforces the relevant regulations of the Ministry of Education on enrollment work and the supplemental regulations and implementation rules of the enrollment committees of the admitting provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the central government).

Article 12 In the process of admission, the relevant provisions of the enrollment work are strictly enforced, and the supervision of discipline inspection and public opinion is consciously accepted to eliminate corruption and other corrupt practices.

Article XIII is strictly in accordance with the admission score line of undergraduate batch announced by the Office of the Admission Committee of the province (autonomous region and municipality directly under the central government) where the admission is made.

Article XIV In the process of admission, if the number of candidates applying for various majors is unbalanced, the College may apply to the competent educational authorities for adjusting the enrollment plan among various majors.

Article 15 In the process of admission, when the scores are the same, the one who gives priority to the specialized volunteers shall be admitted. When both the scores and the professional volunteers are the same, the candidates of science subjects shall be admitted according to the principle of giving priority to the single-subject scores of Mathematics, General Science, and Language; the candidates of arts subjects shall be admitted according to the principle of giving priority to the single-subject scores of Language, General Literature, and Mathematics; and the English majors shall only admit the candidates with English professional volunteers and their scores of the single-subject scores of the college entrance examination in English shall not be lower than 85. In the process of admission to the English major, when the total score is the same, according to the order of volunteers; when the total score and the order of volunteers for the major are the same, according to the English single-subject score admission.

Article 16 According to the provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government) to determine the proportion of grades, the proportion of grades is generally controlled within 120% of the enrollment plan.

Article XVII Foreign Language Requirements: According to the College's Talent Cultivation Program, the foreign language in the College's public **** course is English, so please fill in the candidates whose foreign language is not English with caution.

Article 18 There is no restriction on the ratio of men to women in all majors at the time of admission.

Article 19 All candidates who meet the requirements for extra points set by the provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the central government) where they are enrolled will be admitted in accordance with the relevant provisions of the College.

Article 20 The examination standards for the physical fitness of the candidates shall be carried out in accordance with the Physical Examination Standards for Admission to Ordinary Colleges and Universities and the relevant supplementary regulations.

Chapter V Admission of New Students

Article 21 Qualifications for Admission

According to the "Regulations on the Administration of Students in Ordinary Institutions of Higher Learning" (Decree of the Ministry of Education No. 41), the college conducts a re-examination in accordance with the national regulations on enrollment of students within three months after the students' enrollment. If it is found during the review that a student has committed fraud or favoritism, the student's enrollment will be cancelled once it is verified; if the situation is serious, the college will transfer it to the relevant departments for investigation and treatment.

If it is found in the review that the student's physical and mental condition is not suitable for school study, and if the student needs to recuperate at home after being diagnosed by a hospital of grade 2A or above designated by the College, the student's enrollment qualification can be retained for one year upon the student's application.

Chapter VI: Fees and Charges, Scholarships and Grants

Article 22: Fees and Charges

The tuition fees and accommodation fees for the year of 2020 are strictly enforced in accordance with the relevant documents of the Development and Reform Commission of the Autonomous Region of China. Except for Chinese language majors, other folk language majors implement one-year matriculation, and the tuition standard of matriculation is implemented with reference to the relevant regulations of the autonomous region.

Article 23 The college has national scholarships, national inspirational scholarships, the People's Government of the autonomous region of the college inspirational scholarships, dean's scholarships, scientific and technological scholarships; with the national scholarships, the People's Government of the autonomous region of the college scholarships, the college also has various types of work-study positions to meet the needs of poor students.
