High flour or whole wheat flour 300g

Salt 1 tsp

Dry yeast 3/4 tsp

Warm water 200ml

Flour salt mix, warm water yeast mix; mix wet and dry ingredients, mix with a wooden spoon and knead by hand to form a ball, cover and let rise for 10 minutes
