Steps
1. Clean the mushrooms by pinching them and soak them in water for 2 hours.
2. Wash the rice, change the water, add 1 tablespoon of corn oil, and start steaming the rice.
3. Prepare onions, ginger and pork.
4. Pour water into the pot, add pork, ginger slices, and peppercorns and bring to a boil.
5. Dice mushrooms and pork, mince green onion and ginger.
6. Put 1 tablespoon of corn oil in the pot and add the chopped green onion and ginger.
7. Add diced pork and stir-fry until the oil is released.
8. Add diced mushrooms and stir-fry over medium-low heat.
9. Pour in light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, sugar, allspice, and pepper.
10. Pour in the water used to soak the mushrooms.
11. Cover the pot and simmer for 10 minutes. When the soup is thick, turn off the heat.
12. Pour the steamed rice into a bowl and tip it onto a plate.
