2. There is a magic prescription to prevent frostbite in winter
1. Apply fresh ginger slices to the skin that often causes frostbite for several days to prevent frostbite from regenerating; If chilblain has been born, it can be heated with fresh ginger juice and boiled into a paste. After cooling, it is applied to the affected area of chilblain twice a day for three days, which will be effective.
2. Temperature difference bubble method: Take a basin of 15-degree water and a basin of 45-degree water, first soak your hands and feet in low-temperature water for 5 minutes, and then soak them in high-temperature water three times a day, which can exercise the contraction and expansion of blood vessels and reduce the occurrence of frostbite.
3. Cook the fresh eggs, put the yolk on an iron spoon to squeeze out the oil, remove the residue and cool it for later use. First, wash the ulcerated chilblain with hydrogen peroxide, then apply egg butter and wrap it with gauze, and it will heal in three to five days. Egg butter is also suitable for the treatment of eczema, chronic skin ulcers, burns and so on.
4. Take 5-7 dried red peppers, add water and boil them into Chili soup. When the water is not hot, soak and wash the places prone to frostbite once a day for five days.
5. Choose one garlic with big purple skin (common), peel it and mash it like mud, and expose it in the hot sun until it is warm. Apply it to the frostbite area 4-5 times a day for 4-5 days without frostbite. (It is normal if the symptoms such as reddish or itchy local skin appear)
3. How is frostbite formed
1. Cold weather
Cold weather is the main cause of frostbite. When the temperature drops, the blood circulation of the body slows down, especially it takes time for the body to adapt to the temperature. If you don't pay attention to keeping warm, it is easy to form frostbite. Common chilblains are exposed hands, ears and feet.
2. Humid environment
If the environment is humid in many places, the body will suffer from increased cold, which will affect the normal vasoconstriction and dilation function and promote the formation of chilblain.
3. Sweaty skin
People with wet and sweaty skin are more likely to form chilblain. This is because people with wet and sweaty skin dissipate heat quickly, and the skin is prone to local low temperature and slow blood circulation.
4. Weak physique
People with weak physique have weak resistance to cold, poor blood circulation and are more likely to form chilblain. In addition, for people who suffer from heart and vascular diseases, the blood circulation function of the body is poor, and the adaptability of local skin to cold is poor, so it is very easy to form chilblain when stimulated by cold.
5. Lack of activity
People who lack activity have weakened vasoconstriction and vasodilation in winter, and their blood circulation is poor, especially in the peripheral parts such as hands and feet, where blood supply is less, and it is easy to get cold and form chilblain.
6. Children are prone to frostbite
Compared with young adults, children are more prone to frostbite. Because children's subcutaneous small blood vessels contract faster, they respond more obviously to cold stimuli, which is prone to blood stasis and poor nutrition supply.
