Ingredients: 4 eggs, half a catty of leek.
Accessories: thick soup 1 capsule, cooking wine 2 teas (10g), sesame oil 1 teaspoon (5g), oil 3 teaspoons (15g) and Jiang Mo 1 teaspoon.
Steps:

2. Wash and chop leeks for later use.
3. Beat the eggs into a bowl and mix well into egg liquid. Add 2 drops of oil and mix well.
4. When the pot is hot, put oil in it and burn it to 50% heat. Pour the egg mixture into the pot and wipe it open with a spatula or chopsticks. Stir-fry into clouds and take them out for later use.
5. Chop the eggs while they are hot and put them in a bowl. Add Jiang Mo, cooking wine and thick soup treasure and stir together until there are no obvious large particles in thick soup treasure.
6. After the thick soup and eggs are fully stirred, add leeks and sesame oil and stir evenly to make stuffing.
