Steps of scrambled eggs with tomatoes
2 Wash the tomatoes and cut them into pieces. Break up 2-3 eggs and drop a few drops of water into them. I usually like to put a little dried seaweed in my eggs and then cut garlic for later use. Pour a little oil into the fire, fry the eggs until cooked, take them out for use, and then pour a proper amount of oil. When the oil is 50% hot, add garlic cloves, medium heat, add tomatoes and stir-fry when the oil is 80% hot, then add appropriate amount of salt, add fried eggs and stir-fry, drop a few drops of soy sauce (in order to remove the sour taste of tomatoes, no need to add), and then add a little sugar and stir-fry to serve.
