1. Prepare flower pots. When planting potted plants, you can use earthenware pots, plastic pots, wooden pots or ceramic pots, among which earthenware pots and earthenware pots are more ideal. Because it has better breathability, it is suitable for dry maintenance. In addition, pay attention to the fact that there must be drainage holes in the bottom of the basin and ventilation holes on the sides. If not, they must be processed.
2. Prepare the matrix. Planting dendrobium does not require soil, just use bark, foam plastic particles, etc. modified as the substrate. It is breathable, loose and contains humus, but you must disinfect it before putting it in the pot to avoid insect eggs. After the matrix is ??modified, it is divided into fine particles, and the medium particles and coarse particles are kept separately for later use.
3. Plant in pots. When placing the basin, first lay a layer of foam blocks and broken tiles on the bottom of the basin to increase drainage. Then add the prepared coarse-grained plant material on top, put the seedlings in, add medium-grained material after the roots are sorted, then gently lift the plant and compact it again. Finally, add fine-grained planting material and bury most of the false bulbs, leaving one-third exposed.
4. Post-maintenance. After the potted plants are planted, they should be watered once so that the substrate and plants in the pot are completely moist, and then maintained in a cool place. After the seedlings are in the pot, increase the light. Be careful not to expose them to strong light. In addition, it has temperature requirements. The high temperature cannot be higher than 35 degrees and the low temperature cannot be lower than 10 degrees. Otherwise, it will affect the growth. It is best to provide a temperature between 15 degrees and 30 degrees.
