Practice:
1. Pick the tender leaves of Artemisia argyi, which have just sprouted about 5 cm, and clean them.
2. Cut the mugwort leaf into pieces.
3. Put the cut Folium Artemisiae Argyi in a bowl, add some salt and mix well. Marinate for a few minutes, so that mugwort leaves collapse.
4. Beat two eggs into Artemisia argyi leaves and mix well. Stir until the egg mixture shows signs of being sent away.
5. put sesame oil in the pot. Pour the beaten Folium Artemisiae Argyi into the flat. Turn over when frying until it is set, and fry both sides until golden.
