Digestive cookies 320g, walnuts 40g, sugar 80g, cocoa powder 24g, 96g of water, 100g of butter, 48g of dark chocolate, 48g of light buttercream, a small spoon of vanilla extract, chopped walnuts in moderation.

1. Digestive cookies and walnuts broken into small pieces, put into a basin, set aside.
2. Add the caster sugar and cocoa powder to the pot and toss to combine.
3. Add the water and stir to smooth.
4. Add the butter.
5. Turn on the heat and cook for 7-8 minutes. Turn on the heat to medium and let the butter melt before turning down the heat.
6. Turn off the heat and let cool. Add the vanilla extract.
7. Pour the chocolate sauce into the cookies and toss to coat.
8. Pour into 6-inch molds and compact. Chill in the refrigerator for 30~1 hours.
9. Pour the light cream into a bowl and microwave on low heat for 30 seconds. Add the dark chocolate and let stand for 1 minute, then stir until smooth.
10. Pour the chocolate sauce over the chilled cake and refrigerate for another 5 to 6 hours or more.
11. Sprinkle with chopped walnuts for garnish.
