2. Mix 1/4 tender tofu, 1 tbsp shrimp paste (15ml), 400CC warm water and a little salt, and then leave it at room temperature for two days.
Cut into small pieces and put them into the prepared marinade. Available within 8 hours.
4. Pour a large amount of oil into the pot, heat it to 70%, and fry the marinated old tofu in the oil pan until golden brown.
