Raw materials: Qingming grass, glutinous rice flour, sticky rice flour, clear water, vegetable oil and sugar.
Wash the Qingming grass, blanch it in a boiling pot, remove it and put it in cold water to keep the bright green color.
Squeeze the water, chop it up, put it in a blender, add100g of clean water, and beat it into a paste for later use. Glutinous rice flour with sticky rice flour. Add sugar. Pour the Qingming grass mud into the rice noodle bowl.
Knead into a smooth dough. Press it into a one-centimeter-thick cake. Add the right amount of oil to the pot and fry it until both sides are golden brown (you can add more oil if you like frying).
