1. Cleaning material: remove sand, dirt and other impurities from soybeans in that year, and wash them with clear water.
2. Crushing: the screened, picked and washed soybeans are crushed by a crusher, and the soybeans are peeled or broken into two petals.
3. Soaking: Wash the broken soybeans with clear water once or twice, peel the soybeans and soak them in warm water at 25℃ for about 4 hours. Until you can crush watercress with your fingers.
4. Beating: the soaked and broken soybeans are ground by a grinder, and water is added while grinding. The amount of water added is four times that of soybeans.
