Earl's milk tea uses Sri Lanka's "Ceylon" black tea. Earl grey's recipe is an ancient mixed recipe of black tea, which was learned by Earl Grey, a British foreign secretary, during his trip to China and his visit to the inland of China. After returning to England, he taught the recipe to Jackson, who opened a black tea shop, and after Jackson's improvement, today's earl grey was formed. Hence the name "Earl Milk Tea".
