Practice 1:
1. Peel potatoes and dice them.
2. Slice the onion and ginger.
3. Dice the meat.
4. After the oil in the pot is hot, put the onion and ginger into the pot.
5. Stir-fry the diced meat.
6. Add some pepper noodles.
7. Add some soy sauce and stir-fry.
8. Add diced potatoes and stir fry.
9. Put some salt, add some water and stew for a while. Just collect the soup.
10. Take another pot to cook noodles, pour the halogen seeds after cooking, and you can eat.
Practice 2:
1. Peel potatoes and carrots and cut them into dices; Mix the meat stuffing with Jiang Mo, soy sauce, chicken essence and pepper powder, and chop the pepper.
2. Pour the oil from the pan. When the oil is hot, add the chopped green onion and stir-fry until fragrant, then add the delicious meat stuffing and stir-fry. Then add the sauce, stir-fry the diced edamame and carrot, and add a small amount of water after the potatoes and carrots are covered with the sauce. The purpose of releasing water is to make these two diced cooked faster, but don't put too much.
3. When the potatoes and carrots are cooked, sprinkle with chopped pepper and stir well.
Practice 3:
1. potatoes, lean meat, diced eggs, scattered onions and chopped green onions.
2. Cut the handmade noodles and keep them for later use.
3. Put the oil in a hot pan. When the oil is hot, add the diced lean meat and stir-fry until it changes color. Then add the chopped green onion and taste very fresh.
4. Add water and salt to boil and put the broken eggs in.
5. Boil the noodles.
6. Boiled noodles are soaked in cold water.
7. Take out the noodles and pour them with brine.
Practice 4:
1. Dice garlic cloves and lean meat.
2. Dice onion, diced tomato and diced potato.
3. Put the oil in the spoon. When the oil is hot, stir-fry the garlic and meat, then pour in the tomatoes and continue to stir-fry, then add the sweet noodle sauce and soy sauce, stir-fry for a while and then pour in the right amount of water.
4. Wait until the soup is a little thicker, then pour in the potatoes, after about seven or eight minutes.
5. The potatoes are almost cooked, then add the onion, stir fry and take out the pot.
