Ingredients: 50g of north tofu, 4 fresh metapenaeus ensis, egg white 1 each, 2 mushrooms, 20g of baby cheese, a little walnut sesame powder and Jiang Mo, a little salt and a little olive oil.
Operation:
(1) Peel the shrimp, remove the head and tail, wash and chop it into pieces. Wash and dice mushrooms and tofu.
(2) Stir the shrimp paste, bean curd, walnut sesame powder and egg white into paste.
(3) Put oil in a hot pan, saute Jiang Mo until fragrant, stir-fry diced mushrooms, add tofu paste, stir well, add a little water to cook until the water is almost dry, tear the baby cheese into small pieces, add salt and stir well.
2. Baked shrimp balls with persimmon juice
Ingredients: 200g fresh shrimp, 200g tomato, a little salt and a little olive oil.
Operation:
(1) Remove the head, tail and shell of fresh shrimp, remove the intestinal mud, then chop the shrimp meat into a paste and add a little salt to taste. Wash and scald tomatoes, peel them off and slice them for later use.
(2) After the pot is hot, put the oil, stir-fry the tomato slices to get the sauce, and add a little water to stew it slightly.
(3) After the tomato sauce is boiled, squeeze the shrimp paste into pellets, put it in the sauce and cook it. When the sauce is slightly sticky, season it with a little salt.
Sweet orange cod
Ingredients: sweet orange 1 piece, cod meat l00g, a little salt, a little olive oil.
(1) Wash the cod meat after thawing, cut it into fillets and marinate it with a little salt 10 minutes. Peel the sweet orange, take the meat and juice.
(2) Heat the pan, pour oil, put the fish fillets in, and fry both sides until the fish are all cooked.

Steamed tilapia
Ingredients: tilapia 1 strip, a little shredded onion and ginger, and a little salt.

Salmon with shredded eggs
Ingredients: egg 1 piece, salmon 50g, 2 mushrooms, a little red sweet powder, a little olive oil and sesame oil, and a little salt.
Operation:
(1) The salmon is cooled and boiled, washed and diced. Wash and dice the mushrooms and blanch them in boiling water. Beat the eggs, put them in a hot pan and spread them into egg skins. Take them out and cut them into shreds.
(2) Heat the wok and drain the oil. Stir-fry diced mushrooms and minced red bell peppers until cooked, add diced salmon, stir-fry until the diced salmon changes color, then add chopped egg shreds, stir well and season with salt and sesame oil.
