⑦ Forming: Bake the large noodles and cut them into big strips, then send the big strips into a layering machine to be pressed into fine noodles, then pull them into short strips of about 35cm, straighten the strips, one part of them will be used as smooth strips, and the other part will be rubbed into hemp strips with hemp seeds. Make the dough into crisp strips, knead them into rope-like twists according to the ratio of smooth strips, hemp strips and crisp strips of 5: 3: 1, and knead them in your mouth.
(8) Frying: When the oil is heated to a warm temperature, add the twist, fry it for about 20min, take it out when the twist is purplish red and straight, and add a proper amount of small materials such as crystal sugar residue and melon strips between the strips.
