The evaluation results show that the solid content of skim milk from Junlebao High-quality Ranch, Yili Jin Dian and Mengniu Telunsu ranks in the top three. The average solid content of skimmed milk of eight kinds of domestic milk is 9.2g/ 100g, and the average solid content of skimmed milk of eight kinds of imported milk is 8.8g/ 100g, both of which are higher than the national standard requirements, and the performance of domestic milk is better than that of imported milk.

After testing, the protein content of 16 normal temperature pure milk meets the requirements of Chinese national standards, but the protein content is quite different. The content of protein in Yili Jin Dian, Niushilan, Anjia and Mengniu Telunsu is relatively high, while the content of Deyun and Deya protein is relatively low, which is close to the minimum limit of national standards. The ratio of the actual detected value of sample 16 in protein to the nominal value is 93%- 1 12%, which meets the requirements of GB 28050 (≥80%). The best performers are Anjia, Tang Yan, Yili Jin Dian and New Zealand. Deyun Society and Deya performed poorly.
Calcium content
In terms of calcium content, four kinds of pure milk, such as Aishi Chenxi, Niushilan, Junlebao Quality Ranch and Mengniu Telunsu, have higher calcium content. The calcium content of domestic milk and imported milk both exceeded the label value of 10%, and there was no significant difference in the calcium content of pure milk.

Acidity is an important index reflecting the freshness and thermal stability of milk. Milk with high acidity has low freshness and poor thermal stability. On the contrary, low acidity indicates high freshness and high thermal stability. Among all the samples, Newland, Netease Yeast, Chen Guanggang 1 and Deya have low acidity, indicating that their freshness and thermal stability are good.
