Cooking process:
Step 1: Prepare the ingredients and all the ingredients needed to make boiled beef in advance. First, put one hundred grams of whole beef on a chopping board, remove the white fascia with a knife, rinse it under running water for two or three times, and then wipe the moisture on the surface.

Beef ham or beef tenderloin is usually chosen as the raw material for cooking boiled beef, so that the tender part of the meat is smooth and will not have a firewood or astringent taste.
