Should the cake be frozen or refrigerated?

1. The cake can be refrigerated but not frozen. How to store the cake in the refrigerator:

(1) Cover the cake with special kitchen paper towels (ordinary paper towels can be clean) ;

(2) Spray some water on the paper towel, not too much, just moist; put the cake in the original packaging box; then put it in the refrigerator.

(3) The cake should be refrigerated at 2-7℃. However, even if you keep it in the refrigerator, it should not exceed 2 days. Because the longer it is left, the more bacteria there will be, the worse the taste, and the worse the color.

(4) Some cakes have a shorter shelf life. For example, mousse cakes and cheese cakes should not be refrigerated for more than 1 day.
