The Legend of the Origin of Longjing Tea
According to legend, emperor Qianlong came to Jiangnan to inspect the people's feelings. When he came to Shifeng Mountain in Longjing, Hangzhou, he saw a girl picking tea. She thought it was interesting to cook tea, so she picked it herself.
Not long after coming, a eunuch suddenly came back and reported that the queen mother was ill. Everyone knew that Emperor Qianlong was a dutiful son, so he had to go back quickly and throw the tea in his bag.
When I returned to Beijing and came to the residence of Empress Dowager Cixi, Empress Dowager Cixi felt a faint fragrance coming from her, so she had an intimate relationship. It turned out that she brought tea. After drying for a few days, I made tea for Taiju, and the queen mother felt much better after drinking it.
