Prepare:
1. Wash the beef, boil the water in the pot, add the dried pepper, green pepper, bay leaf and a spoonful of salt, and cook for 40 minutes.
2. Chop onion, ginger, garlic, millet and coriander, add one spoonful of oyster sauce, two spoonfuls of aged vinegar, one spoonful of white sugar, one spoonful of chicken essence, one spoonful of soy sauce, a little mustard, one spoonful of purified water, a little sesame oil, pepper oil, and sesame seeds to make juice for later use.
3. Take out the beef, cool and slice.
