Apple Cream Cake

Materials

A. Apple Filling~Apples 1 tbsp Caster Sugar 1 tbsp Water 1 tbsp B. Cake~Unsalted Cream 75g Gluten Free Flour 100g Caster Sugar 60g Eggs 1pc Lemon Juice 1/2 tbsp Baking Powder 1/2 tsp Milk 1 tbsp

A. Apple FillingApple Cut half of the apples into half slices and set aside the other half diced into a pan with sugar and water and cook over low heat until soft and set aside. B. Cake cream at room temperature, soften and beat until fluffy

Add sugar and mix well

Add eggs in small batches and mix well (to avoid separating the oil from the water)

Low gluten flour, baking powder, sifted and mixed well

Add baking powder and mix well

Baking powder. Sift the baking powder through a sieve and mix well (preheat the oven while you do this)

Place the dough in the baking mold to 1/3 of the way through

Add the diced apples (to the halfway point)

Add the dough again to the mold to the 4/5 point of the baking mold

Press the slices of apple vertically

And add the apple slices into the baking mold, pressing them in vertically. >9

Place in preheated oven and bake at 180 degrees for 35 minutes
