Vermicelli Casserole

Tips
1 Cook the vermicelli just until it's cooked through or until it's 80% cooked.
2 Stir-fry the cabbage a few times and then add the fishballs, so that the fishballs can stay in the pot for a longer period of time, making it easier for them to cook through.
