Methods/Steps
1. Dry tofu in salted water and cook for 3 minutes.
2. After passing through cold water, cut into 1cm strips.
3. Wash and remove the roots of the oatmeal, and cut a slice in the center.
4. Ginger slices, garlic slices and minced, green onion julienne and minced, dried chili pepper cut small pieces, spare.
5. Put oil in the pot, under the dry chili pepper, pepper and pepper slowly stir-fried over low heat, and then fish out, standby.
6. In the pot put burn Pixian bean, slowly stir fry red oil, then put ginger, garlic and green onion, stir fry flavor.
7. Pour in water (broth is better), add soy sauce, sugar to taste, if not salty enough, add some salt appropriately.

11. Pour the dried tofu and the soup on the oatmeal, put the fried dried chili pepper and peppercorns, green onions and garlic on top of the dried tofu, and sprinkle some chili powder if you like it spicy.
