How to make green dumplings
Ingredients
1 cup glutinous rice flour,
2/3 cup sticky rice flour,
Wheat starch (or Corn starch) 1/3 cup,
White sugar 1/2 cup,
Water 1 cup,
Salad oil 2 tbsp,
Mugwort powder (the one with Korean in the lower right corner of picture 1) 1 tbsp
How to do it
1. Add all ingredients to a glass container and mix well.
2. Put it in the microwave and heat it on high for three minutes, take it out and stir it, heat it for another two minutes, and stir it again. Then reduce to
one minute, heat for one minute...repeat until the dough becomes completely transparent.
3. Take a food bag, put a few drops of salad oil into it, and put the cooked flour balls into it. Knead the dough evenly across the bag. If it is too hot, use a towel to pad it.
4. Take a small piece of dough and flatten it (thick in the middle, thin on the edges), wrap it in bean paste, and seal it.
